It’s what’s on the inside that counts!
Pump and Reservoir This is the reservoir with the pump built in, it will hold 100ml of oil and will last 60 hours on max flow, turn the control system down and it will last a lot longer. Because it’s a pump it will work from -5 to +50 oC without adjustment. This part is designed to be hidden away either under the seat or anywhere on the bike as long as you can get to the filler tube. The whole kit is connected to the bike by cable ties/zip ties so it’s not going to ruin your bike or take long to fit.
Wick Feeder This is the Wick feeder its designed to sit just above the chain so that when the chain whips it brushes it on and doesn’t drip, therefore depositing the oil that it needs and only what it needs, so there is no over oiling where the back tyre or any other part of your bike is covered in oil. The wick should be fitted on the inside of the swing arm with a cable tie/zip tie and follow the instructions provided called Wick fitting instructions.
Control System This is the controller, it lets you have full control over how much oil you use, settings are from number 9 that’s about every 20 second a pump round to number 1 that’s about every 2 minutes and anywhere in between. The controller should be fitted in an accessible place either under the seat or any place where adjustment can be made if necessary, Again connected with cable ties/zip ties so fits quickly and easily.

In Line Fuse And Connection To Power This is the In Line Fuse And Connection To Power cables, The power source would either be run off the rear light or the ignition not the brake light and not the battery. This cable should connect to one of the plugs on the controller and then to your power source.

Filling Syringe (without oil) This is a specially designed 2 part syringe that you can easyly fill the Reservoir with and take with you on long bike rides thanks to it having a capped end. To use this syringe just fill it with oil and connect it to the Filling Tube Accessory (blue tube) at the end with the black rubber ring on, pull the dip stick out of the filler tube and replace it then Gently squirt the oil into the reservoir.
